Step 1
Loose gravel and dirt are removed using an industrial vacuum on larger jobs, or power-bromide with a motorized broom on smaller roofs.

Step 2
Details, details, details! Long roof life is in the details. Penetrations and rooftop equipment receive an independent treatment of polymat and emulsion asphalt for added strength in these critical areas.

Step 3
Parapet and firewalls also receive an independent treatment of polymath and emulsion. Notice the flashing is all one piece, without the usual splices inherent in convention built-up roof systems.

Step 4
Polymat is installed in a thick flood-layer of clay-based emulsions asphalt and broomed in to conform to irregularities. the polymath has brute strength that outperforms other roofing felts.

Step 5
Fiberglass reinforcing fibers are chopped into 3/4" strands and blended mid-air with clay-based emulsion with this high tech chopping gun system. It's seamless, light weight and extremely durable.

Final surface options include aluminized clay-based emulsion asphalt for long-lasting heat reflection.
